Rosie Really Wants To Read:
Crash by Lisa McMann
Expected Publication: January 8 2013 by Simon Pulse
If what you see is what you get, Jules is in serious trouble. The suspenseful first of four books from the New York Times bestselling author of the Wake trilogy.
Jules lives with her family above their restaurant, which means she smells like pizza most of the time and drives their double-meatball-shaped food truck to school. It’s not a recipe for popularity, but she can handle that.
What she can’t handle is the vision. Over and over, Jules sees a careening truck hit a building and explode... and nine body bags in the snow.
She has no idea why this is happening to her or if she’s going crazy. It hardly matters, because the visions are everywhere--on billboards, television screens, windows--and she’s the only one who can see them.
But it’s not until the vision starts coming more frequently, and revealing more clues, that Jules knows what she has to do. Because now she can see the face in one of the body bags, and it's someone she knows. Someone she’s been in love with for as long as she can remember.
In this riveting start to a gripping series from New York Times bestselling author Lisa McMann, Jules has to act—and act fast—to keep her vision from becoming reality. --GoodReads

But Aria doesn't remember falling in love with Thomas; in fact, she wakes one day with huge gaps in her memory. And she can't conceive why her parents would have agreed to unite with the Fosters in the first place. Oh man I love the cover for Crash!! I've never read any of Lisa McMann's books, but they're pretty popular. This one sounds crazy! I wonder how it's going to be a 4 book series. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteFeel free to check out my WoW here.
Who doesn't love perfect eyebrows? I know we're all dying to have her flawless facial hair! My favorite part about Crash's cover, (other than the eyebrows) is the fire in the woman's eyes. It just looks so exciting! Hope you enjoy the read!

I haven't heard of the top or bottom ones, but I did get an eARC of Mystic City for Edelweiss to review ages ago. It was pretty good! Not spectacular, but an enjoyable read. Maybe you'll like it better than I did!
